The Happy Programme
A six week programme based on the principle of happiness. The happy programme, references positive psychology experts in the field of happiness. We have looked at what it takes to create long lasting happiness.
Each session involves activities, connectedness and participation. Our happy programme provides participants with the tools to create a greater focus on positive wellbeing and optimism. How is this done? It is through individual and group activities and with examples through research and media.
Having looked at the latest research into what happiness is and what it is not. We purposely use activities and exercises that enhance the learning process. So that happiness is not just a byproduct of attending the course but also experienced while attending the course. With extensive experience in group settings as well as online. For the period of Covid 19 we have moved all our programmes to an online setting. The experience is as exciting an energetic as it would be in a collective setting. Same learnings just a different format.
Our aim is to show that happiness is not an elusive experience. We can all experience happiness right here now!. If only we knew how? The good news is ,we do and we want to share these tools with you. Happy days.
